Unifloc Process Division
Unifloc is the Process Engineering Division of Rowecord, which has been established in Swansea for over 70 years. The company undertakes contracts for the design, supply, erection and commissioning of water and effluent treatment works, bulk material handling plants and mineral processing plants. Unifloc can handle turn key projects including the involvement of civil, electrical, mechanical and structural works and has a team of experienced engineers supported by the associated disciplines required to undertake complete contracts. Unifloc has clients in a wide range of industries, including mining, quarries, steel and water. Projects have also been undertaken world wide including the United States, Canada and New Zealand.

Rowecord Total Access Ltd
Total Access Limited was formed in 1991 to serve the scaffolding and access needs of the construction industry and now has an annual turnover of £10m and directly employs 180 personnel.
All Rowecord Total Access employees are holders of the Client / Contractor safety passport, as well as being Engineering Construction Industry competency graded craftsmen and many are holders of CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Registration Scheme) cards.
Rowecord Total Access Limited has been the proud recipients of the RoSPA President’s Award following 10 consecutive Gold Safety Awards 1997 to 2007.
Currently work is being carried out towards accreditation to ISO 14001-2007 Environmental Standard and OHSAS 18801 Safety Standard.
