Tools for the Job
We work with only the best
plate cutting machinery
- the Farley Fabricator plasma and oxy-fuel gas flame cutting profile machine, which has the capability to drill and mark using either a pin marker or low power plasma. It can cut 34m in length by 3m, with a cutting capacity of up to 120mm.
Our Risca site has a Techserv’s Profiler Plasma oxy/propane fuel gas cutting machine, with capacity to cut plates of bed size 18m in length by 2.5m.
We also have Ficep numerically controlled cut and drill lines at all of our shops. This plays an important role in the primary stages of the majority of all our fabricated jobs.
plate girder manufacturing
lines use the Fro-Teemaster machine, which is capable of producing girders up to 2.5m deep and with flanges of up to 0.85m wide.
And the Corimpex T and I machine, which can produce girders up to 1.0m deep and with flanges of up to 0.5m wide.
